For decades, Kilcunda has been Bass Coast’s own little secret - a sleepy but picturesque coastal town set on the cliffs in southern Victoria. Visitors would pass through, perhaps stop to admire the view, before continuing with their travels.
Locals have long been aware of Kilcunda’s unique energy and cultural pull. In recent years there has been a shift that suggests the secret is out, with the town emerging as a popular destination for travellers.
While experiencing the town's growth first hand, a group of locals have come together to create a unique development in the centre of town. The Sticks Kilcunda aims to positively enhance and extend the vibrant sense of community within the Kilcunda area, as well as the surrounding coastal locale.
Comprising six boutique pods interconnected by an infill of curated open spaces, The Sticks Kilcunda has been sensitively designed by a local collaborative of creatives - Branch (architects), Orchard Design (landscape architects) and The Set (design & interiors).
The Sticks Kilcunda will also offer a variety of programs and events catering to the ever-expanding coastal village, local enterprises as well as travellers visiting or passing through.
